In our work we notice that many leaders today are struggling to express their full leadership potential by trying to follow outdated 'rules' for what leaders should or shouldn't do. Leadership is not a box you need to fit into or a list of traits you need to embody. It is a daily practice - not a one-off event. It starts with taking full responsibility for yourself and the impact you want to create in the world.
We offer 1:1 Leadership Coaching for people who want to take their leadership skills to the next level. Our leadership coaching sessions are tailored to entrepreneurial leaders in organisations who are intrinsically motivated to become better leaders for themselves and the people they lead. Through our work together, they gain deeper clarity on their personal leadership vision and purpose, whilst we provide them with the psychological tools to overcome the challenges they face in order to achieve their personal and professional goals.
The Leadership Coaching Process
1:1 leadership coaching sessions with an executive coach during which we explore your career, life path, motivation and self-awareness as well as the psychological characteristics that underpin your successes and challenges. Each session is tailored to you as an individual and focused on helping you deepen self-trust and self-awareness so you can take practical action steps towards your personal and professional growth.

SESSION 2 | YOUR VISION & PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT GOALS
SESSION 3 | 3-WAY SESSION WITH CO-FOUNDER, MANAGER OR KEY STAKEHOLDER
The following sessions are tailored to your challenges. Areas of focus might include 'Authentic Leadership', 'Deepening Self-Confidence', 'Practicing Team Coaching Skills' 'The Psychology of Having Difficult Conversations' or a focus area of your choice. We recommend running a 360 Feedback assessment after 8 months in order to measure your leadership growth, personal development progress and receive powerful feedback from key stakeholders.
