I had the honour and pleasure to participate in a leadership coaching module with Lara in 2023. Lara is an exceptional personality as she manages to convey valuable content with an extraordinarily positive attitude. In addition, I particularly appreciate her ability to show others differentiated perspectives on topics.

My highlight of the Talent Strategy Workshop facilitated by CAIA was the number of light bulb moments the team had. It was great to finally work with Lara and it was worth the wait :).

It's one of those things that will keep on giving value as we now know how to work with each other on a deeper and more meaningful level.

My highlight of our team workshop run by CAIA was sitting down with my colleague as part of the constructive feedback session. I felt like a weight was lifted. We had a good relationship before but as two men I don’t necessarily think we had been that open or vulnerable with each other. Came away feeling more connected to him. ALSO Lara - was excellent and engaging. Could listen to her speak all day.

Learning about and practising coaching was truly transformative for me. I had always considered myself to be solution-oriented, and while I believed I was helping others through this approach, CAIA helped me realise how much more powerful coaching can be. I found that coaching often leads to better solutions, tailored to the individual or situation because people will tend to discover the answers themselves. More importantly, I also found that coaching not only empowers individuals but also makes them feel heard and validated.

The individual coaching session with my coach at CAIA was very helpful in helping me articulate my thoughts which made my path ahead much clearer. As a man I feel it is not often that I can talk about my actual feelings so the environment provided during the coaching session was great for me to really articulate my thoughts.

CAIA created a really easy process with defined goals to work towards and clear milestones in place throughout our project together. They then delivered against these milestones as they said they would, and we got exactly what we asked for (a rarity these days).

Our whole team said what a fascinating session it was. We can't thank you enough for understanding our priorities as a whole and creating a really safe environment for our team to share their insights. We're so grateful to have had such an incredible experience. We’re looking forward to implementing some of our amazing learnings from the Team Personality Workshop and working towards our shared goal!

I am so happy with CAIA's Culture Activation solution. It has allowed us to create a powerful on-boarding and performance management experience for our new team members. I feel like this allows us from Day 1 to communicate clearly about the expectations we have as an organisation, and the frameworks in place to support it. The onboarding experience is fantastic, and we are already putting it into place. Honestly so pleased with this work, and excited to use this to build into the foundations of Heights.

It was incredibly valuable to openly discuss personal struggles in a supportive and safe environment, even online. Lara’s ability to create such a secure space is remarkable. The leadership growth workshop itself was fantastic, particularly the cohort coaching using the GROW model, which was highly educational and impactful.

It’s an absolute pleasure working with CAIA to design and deliver the Tribes Founders Development Programme. High-energy, positive, and truly growth-minded - they bring exceptional energy into a room. We’ve had a lot of fun doing some seriously deep and meaningful work!

Joining the Tribes Development Programme delivered by CAIA nearly a year ago has undoubtedly helped me make me a better leader. Recently I was in the middle of the most important deal of our companies history, when the whole thing nearly fell through. Rather than flaring up, I was able to calmly sit down with him and run through the coaching model we’d learnt from Tribes, and turn the whole thing around. Now the deal is done. I constantly find myself implementing the techniques I learn from Tribes into daily life.
