CAIA was founded in 2018 by two female Leadership Consultants frustrated by the lack of high-quality Leadership Development Services tailored to modern and entrepreneurial leaders. After having worked for four of the world’s leading Leadership Consultancies, assessing and developing leaders of FTSE100 companies globally, we realised that startups, scaleups and innovative companies would highly benefit from our solutions and products.
